Winick Realty Group has found Chipotle Mexican Grill its first Harlem location following a years-long search.
The fast food eastery has signed a 2,500 s/f lease at 72 West 125th Street, just off of Lenox Avenue. The restaurant is expected to open in the first half of 2018.
“This is where we wanted to be, at the axis of 125th Street and Lenox, where you have the best balance of office workers, shoppers, residents, students and transit users,” said Winick executive vice president Kenneth Hochhauser, Chipotle’s exclusive retail broker for Manhattan.
Eugene Fata and Roberto Fata of Fata Properties represented the landlord in-house.
