Goldberg was the firm’s top retail performer in 2013, and became CBRE’s first retail professional to be named Vice Chairman, the company’s top producer ranking. In 2013 alone, Mr. Goldberg represented Valentino in its 20,000-square-foot lease for its flagship store at 693 Fifth Avenue, as well as W&H Properties in its 60,000-square-foot lease to Urban Outfitters at 1333 Broadway. Mr. Goldberg also serves as the exclusive national representative for Valentino, Tiffany & Co., Max Mara, Roberto Cavalli, Bulgari and Bally. He has also worked with an impressive list of Manhattan landlords including Tishman Speyer, Empire State Realty Trust, W&H Properties, The Trump Organization, Credit Suisse and the Park Tower Group, and has represented some of New York’s most iconic buildings, including the Chrysler Building, Empire State Building, Trump Tower and 200 Park Avenue.

Kittleson was the recipient of the Larry Perrish Award, an honor bestowed upon an individual who is a genuine role model for retail real estate professionals, exhibits boundless energy and enthusiasm and is eager to share knowledge with their colleagues. Mr. Kittleson’s unwavering energy and enthusiasm—combined with his willingness to share knowledge throughout the company—make him the very definition of “team player,” exhibiting all the qualities of a first-class leader always willing to lend a hand. Mr. Kittleson and his team completed 62 transactions in 2013 totaling 1.1 million square feet for high-profile clients such as Floor & Décor, Gander Mountain, 24-Hour Fitness, Conn’s Electronics and First Choice ER.

Stoddard was the recipient of the Krista Haverly Spirit Award, in honor of the retail professional who, like the late Ms. Haverly, exudes energy, creativity, enthusiasm and an unwavering passion for the retail business. Ms. Stoddard specializes as a retail leasing consultant for mixed-use, lifestyle and urban properties, primarily representing institutional owners. She is currently leasing and consulting for several of Washington’s premier mixed-use projects such as Boston Properties’ Reston Town Center and 2200 Pennsylvania Avenue, TIAA-CREF’s Market Common Clarendon, Mazza Gallerie and Wisconsin Place, and First Potomac/Perseus Realty’s Storey Park.
