Home appliance giant Fisher Paykel has signed a 66,375 s/f industrial space in Piscataway, NJ.
CBRE brokered the lease at 800 Centennial Avenue in the Centennial Commerce Center, a 277,830 s/f warehouse facility owned by Penford Group.
The CBRE team of Mindy Lissner, Robert Pine and Ben Shapiro represented ownership and also acted on behalf of Fisher & Paykel in the lease negotiations. Lissner part of the CBRE team representing the company internationally.
Completed in 2019, Centennial Commerce Center sits on 19.4 acres and has onsite parking for 261 cars, with potential to construct an additional 205 automobile spaces.
