CBRE Arranges Sale of 140 Riverside Blvd. for $266 Million

A CBRE team led by Darcy Stacom, chairman of NYC Capital Markets, arranged the $266 million sale of a 354-unit luxury apartment tower at 140 Riverside Boulevard on the Upper West Side to New York-based apartment investor A&E Real Estate on behalf of the seller, Equity Residential.

“140 Riverside Boulevard is a stand-out in the New York market, situated both waterfront and park-front with direct access to the Hudson River Park system,” said Stacom, who partnered with team member Ryan Silber on the transaction. “The property has been meticulously maintained and is truly excellent real estate – as this transaction validates.”

The tower includes commercial space leased to the Dwight School and a veterinarian as well as amenities, including a gym, interior courtyard and multiple tenant lounges. It offers expansive views of the Hudson River and close proximity to Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, and Central Park.
