CBRE Arranges $12.1 Million Sale of Multifamily Property at 1-10 The Pointe in Rye Brook, NY

CBRE today announced it has completed the $12.1 million sale of The Pointe, a multifamily property located in the heart of Rye Brook, NY. Comprised of 10 luxury townhomes, The Pointe was acquired by a private investor from Bowman Avenue Property, LLC.

The CBRE team of Louis Zuckerman and Patrick Colwell spearheaded the marketing of the asset and represented the seller in the negotiations. CBRE also procured the buyer.

“This multifamily asset is a rare and irreplaceable collection of large townhomes located on one tax lot,” said Mr. Zuckerman. “The buyer recognized the value in acquiring these unique single-family townhomes, which will continue to be in high demand in an area with strong tenant demographics and virtually no other similar options.”

The Pointe townhomes feature two-car garages, lofty ceilings, hardwood flooring, crown and base moldings, and Anderson windows. Each three-story home has four bedrooms, a master bath with Carrera marble floor and counters, a rear patio, kitchen with white cabinets, white quartz counters, and stainless-steel appliances.

The homes are situated in the highly sought-after suburb of Rye Brook near shopping, golf courses, highways, railroad and airports.
