CBRE announced today it has been appointed the exclusive leasing agency for Stamford Plaza, a four-building, one million-square-foot office campus conveniently located alongside I-95 and a short walk from the Stamford Transportation Center. Home to firms
ranging from asset managers and financial services to life sciences, consumer product and media companies, Stamford Plaza is owned and managed by RFR.
The CBRE team of David Block, Joseph Weaver and Jacqueline Novotny, along with Margaret Carlson of RFR, will oversee the leasing campaign at the prominent office complex on behalf ownership.

3 Stamford Plaza features the Terrace Café, a 130-seat restaurant designed by Meaghan Apfel’s Carnelian Studio and operated by Guckenheimer, an award-winning international catering firm that specializes in creating custom dining experiences for corporate users. The campus amenities also include a state-of-the-art fitness center, teleconferencing centers, shuttles and car service to the train, ATM, car wash and dry-cleaning services.
Stamford Plaza features 2.5-acres of landscaped gardens, featuring putting greens, a bocce court, statuaries and fountains, outdoor dining, and various outdoor seating creating an Indoor outdoor work environment for tenants.
In 2019, the ownership executed a significant capital improvements campaign at the campus which included new entranceways and lobbies for Three Stamford Plaza and Four Stamford including premium materials like rich rift sawn white oak wood and Verdi marble, and including artwork by Peter Halley, Kim MacConnel and Sean Landers.
