Some of the real estate industry’s most daring will reveal just how they seized opportunities and rose to challenges at the Real Estate Dealmakers Forum next month.
Paul Massey, Melissa Burch, Toby Moskovits and Brad Klatt will each share their stories of success during the May 7 event sponsored by EisnerAmper and Real Estate Weekly.
Massey is fresh off a multi-million dollar sale of the firm he started 25 years ago with two partners to global real estate giant Cushman & Wakefield.
Brad Klatt is a co-founder of Canoe Brook Management, the family investment office of the Goldberg, Klatt and Tycher families, founders of Roseland Property Company, another multi-million dollar company which was sold to Mack-Cali in 2012.
Longtime Forest City Ratner executive, Burch recently surprised the development industry with a high profile move to Lend Lease to lead that company’s New York division;
And Toby Moskovits, founder and CEO of Heritage Equity Partners, works with a global network of entrepreneurs and their families, supporting their efforts in acquiring control and minority stakes in operating companies and real estate.
In a State of the Industry discussion leaders including Arthur J. Mirante II, principal & Tri-State President, Avison Young; Peter Sibilia, Executive Director, J.P. Morgan Asset Management; Norman Sturner, President & CEO, MHP Real Estate Services; and Ofer Yardeni, Chairman & CEO, Stonehenge Partners will share their perspective on the key topics.

And John Catsimatidis, CEO & Chairman, Red Apple Group, will be among the New York developers breaking down their biggest deals during a discussion with Port Authority commissioner and Mintz Levin member Jeffrey Moerdler and former Governor David Paterson.
