Ted Lundeen of the Famularo Team at Eastern Consolidated has arranged three additional leases in Studio City in Los Angeles, Manhattan, and Brooklyn for Shape House.
The team has negotiated to five leases for the urban sweat lodge in the last six months.
Lundeen, an Associate Director and Shape House’s exclusive broker, and James Famularo, Principal and Senior Director, represented the California-based health and wellness chain in negotiating the 2,115 s/f lease at 12319 Ventura Boulevard, Los Angeles; 2,199 s/f lease at 50 West 86th Street on the Upper West Side; and 2,521 s/f lease in DUMBO.
The team is currently looking for additional spaces in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington DC as part of Shape House’s expansion plan.
Lundeen said, “The first time I went for a sweat, I had no clue what to expect. After opening five new locations and going for quite a few sessions – I am hooked.

Last year, Lundeen arranged leases for Shape House at 1316 Madison Avenue and 34 West 17th Street in Flatiron.
