A co-working concept developed by Savitt Partners at 530 Seventh Avenue is spawning new business at the property.

Space 530, a space conceived by Savitt Partners founder and president Bob Savitt and creative space pioneer Debra Larsen, has not only become home to numerous national and international fashion brands, but also has served as an incubator for smaller fashion and creative companies.

The results have translated to exponential growth and the need for these tenants to relocate to larger space within 30-story, 490,000 s/f Fashion District tower.
Most recently, outerwear private label fashion brand Freedom Rains inked a 3,400 s/f lease on the 11th floor of 530 Seventh Avenue after occupying two small showrooms at Space530.
Represented by Marc Schoen of Savitt Partners, Freedom Rain’s required larger showroom space for its growing operations, which now represent such high profile brands as Zac Posen outerwear and Noize from Canada.
Empire & Branch USA, a company established to assist fashion brands grow around the world, leased 3,800 s/f on the third floor of 530 Seventh Avenue. The fashion company previously had a small showroom in Space 530, but grew its operations and wanted to move to its own showrooms within the building. Diego Rodino di Miglione, a broker at Cushman & Wakefield, represented Empire & Branch in the transaction. Nicole Goetz and Brian Neugeboren, of Savitt Partners, arranged the deal on behalf of ownership.
Famma Group, a women’s apparel brand, and Band of Gypsies, a division of Unger Fabrik, also expanded there space at the property after initially occupying a showroom in Space 530.
