Banner Year for Leasing at Stella and  Twenty Five Maple Luxury Rental Properties in Downtown New Rochelle

2022 was a robust year for two of downtown New Rochelle’s most successful luxury rental communities – Stella and Twenty Five Maple.

The two downtown projects, which are being developed by WBP Development LLC, and LMXD, an affiliate of L+M Development Partners, are attracting residents with a winning combination of elegantly designed apartments, world-class amenities and easy access to the Metro-North/Amtrak station.

Stella, a 28-story, mixed-use residential tower featuring 380 studios, one-, and two–bedroom apartments. Although Stella is 92 percent leased since its debut in late 2021, there are still a number of wonderful homes to choose from. Located at 10 Le Count Place in the heart of downtown New Rochelle, Stella boasts spacious residences, floor-to-ceiling windows, luxury wide plank flooring and terraces or balconies in select residences with spectacular panoramic views of the Long Island Sound and the Manhattan skyline. Stella also features an abundance of first-class amenities such as a roof-top outdoor pool, chef demonstration kitchen and a rooftop bar lounge. There is also a pet spa with outdoor pet play area which has attracted a number of happy dog owners.

Building on the success of Stella, Twenty Five Maple is a boutique mid-rise residential rental building featuring 184 beautifully designed residences with a host of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a wraparound roof deck with state-of-the-art fitness center and lushly landscaped outdoor terrace, pet play area, media lounge, and large lounge with bar and pool table, all with panoramic views of the Long Island Sound and Manhattan skyline. Located at 25 Maple Avenue just off Main Street, the seven-story building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences attractively priced from $2,150 per month. Since opening for leasing just a few months ago, Twenty Five Maple is 50 percent leased.

“The leasing success of both Stella and Twenty Five Maple are a testament to their high level of quality and unparalleled lifestyle offerings with robust amenity packages. Many happy residents enjoy the properties crafted by WBP Development and LMXD,” said Jackie Urgo, President of The Marketing Directors.

“We are thrilled with the strong leasing activity we have enjoyed at both Stella and Twenty Five Maple. These two developments offer residents an exceptional lifestyle with first-class amenities and services plus a great location in the heart of downtown New Rochelle,” said James Wendling, COO of WBP Development.

“We are very proud that Stella and Twenty Five Maple have been part of the amazing urban growth which continues to transform downtown New Rochelle. Both buildings offer an unbeatable combination of beautifully designed apartments with stunning views and exciting indoor and outdoor amenities,” said Katherine Kelman, Managing Director of LXMD.

These properties are attracting a mix of local residents and prospects from further afield, who are drawn to the downtown New Rochelle neighborhood which offers access to dining, a wealth of services and amenities, and are walking distance to waterfront parks. Their convenience is further reinforced by their access to the New Rochelle Metro North/Amtrak station, which offers a quick 30-minute train ride to Manhattan.

Stella and Twenty Five Maple are both designed by world-renowned architectural firm Beyer Blinder Belle, whose award-winning residential properties dot the skyline of New York City.
