Bank expands on Wall St.

Colliers International Group Inc. has brokered a 19,650-s/f lease extension and expansion for the headquarters of an investment bank at 100 Wall Street.

The firm will soon be rebranded as Siebert Williams Shank & Co., following a merger between Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co., and The Williams Capital Group. The company will occupy the entire 18th floor of the building.

Colliers Executive Managing Director Eric S. Yarbro advised the company. Yarbro previously worked with Siebert Cisneros Shank & Co. on its last two expansions. Managing Director Scott D. Cahaly of JLL represented the landlord, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.
