Avison Young has been selected as the exclusive office leasing agent for Merritt 8 Corporate Park, a 175,000 s/f, class-A office building in Stratford, CT.
The building is owned by Merritt 8 Owner LLC, a joint venture between affiliates of Square Mile Capital Management LLC and Mountain Development Corp.
The Avison Young team of principal Sean Cahill, Bill Anson and Lori Baker, based in the firm’s Fairfield/Westchester office, will manage leasing for the building’s office space on behalf of ownership, which has commenced the design process for major upgrades to the property’s cafeteria, bathrooms, conference center, fitness facility and three-story atrium lobby. The improvements are slated for completion by summer 2015.

In addition to the cafeteria, fitness facility and conference center, Merritt 8 Corporate Park features on-site property management, lobby concierge, and structured parking (4/1,000 ratio) with a covered walkway to the building.
