Avison Young has arranged a new lease at 50 Lake Center Drive in Marlton, NJ on behalf of Impulse Dynamics. The new 54,000-square-foot (sf) space will be used to expand and grow Impulse Dynamics’ operations as their new corporate headquarters, with anticipated move-in date in May 2023. The class A building was formerly the corporate headquarters of Virtua Health System.
Avison Young’s Scott Martin, Principal, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office represented Impulse Dynamics. Crown Properties of New York, the landlord was represented JLL.
“Impulse Dynamics is a world-leading cardiac medical device company with plans to grow substantially in the near-future,” said Martin. “Their move to 50 Lake Center will help foster that growth, support their operations, and meet their ambitious goals including becoming publicly traded in 2023.”
