Autism care startup taps Sabre for $18M national rollout

Sabre Advisors has been retained by Springtide Child Development, Inc. to provide National Real Estate Advisory Services solution to the company throughout the United States.

Douglas Jerum, Executive Vice President of Sabre Advisors, will be responsible for developing Springtide Child Development’s market strategy and managing the rollout.  

The start-up practice for treating children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental delays and disabilities, has just completed a $18.1 million Series A round of equity financing led by Deerfield Management Company and Optum Ventures to fund its national expansion.

With one office in Trumbull, CT, Springtide is currently focused on the Connecticut market, looking for 3,500 to 4,500 s/f second generation spaces.

“We selected Sabre Advisors to lead our expansion because of their ability to be a thought partner, extensive retail experience, and their technology platform and streamlined processes, which we need to meet our location opening goals,” said Victoria Cody, Head of Expansion for Springtide.
