Asset managers ink second expansion at RFR’s 17 State Street

RFR Realty LLC announced that Alphadyne Asset Management has signed a lease to expand its office space at 17 State Street, its second expansion in the building.
Alphadyne will now fully occupy the 29th and 30th floors for a total of 29,386 s/f.
Alphadyne is a multi-billion dollar alternative investment management firm founded in 2005. The firm has offices in New York, Singapore and London.

“We’re pleased that RFR’s portfolio of Class A office buildings continues to attract and retain tenants in the global financial services sector,” said AJ Camhi, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at RFR. Camhi represented RFR in-house. Jason Schwartzenberg of JLL represented Alphadyne.

Occupancy at 17 State Street remains close to 100 percent following several large leases, including 97,955 square feet to IPsoft, a software company, and 23,033 square feet to Bressler, Amery & Ross, a law practice.
Situated at the corner of State and Pearl streets across from Battery Park, 17 State

Street offers outstanding access to multiple modes of transportation, great restaurants, shopping and culture.
The property is close to multiple subway lines, ferries to Staten Island and New Jersey, the New York Water Taxi and the Downtown Heliport.
