Rockers in Relief
Dec. 2: Real estate giants will rock out for charity at the fourth annual Real Estate Rockers in Relief concert. The concert will raise awareness and funds for JDRC, an organization that assists communities across the nation in long-term domestic disaster recovery, including continued local relief efforts in the tri-state area following Hurricane Sandy. It is being held at The Highline Ballroom, 431 West 16th Street (between 9th and 10th Ave) at 7 PM. Admission is free but the suggested donation is $50.
Dec. 4: An insiders’ look at retail, office and residential asset classes from both the local and national perspective will be held at the New York City Bar Association, 42 West 44th Street. Network and learn what’s new with REITs, foreign investment, Section 1031, technology for reporting and valuation, assessments and taxes. All attendees are eligible to receive eight CPE credits.
