Residential market veteran Alan Pfeifer has joined Rutenberg, a brokerage he said “whose values and work ethics are exactly aligned with mine.”
Pfeifer is Chairman Emeritus and founding member of REBNY’s advanced post graduate real estate course, NYRS.
As well as being a REBNY instructor, he teaches at the Academy for Continuing Education, which partnered with Rutenberg in 2015 for personal coaching and training sessions.
Pfeifer said he is committed to the Rutenberg philosophy of professional development and providing continued education to its team of brokers. He has joined the firm as an associate broker to expand its residential and commercial services and work alongside Rutenberg President, Stefani Markowitz to continue to enhance the educational offerings at Rutenberg.
“We are delighted to have Alan join the Rutenberg team and bring his years of experience and expertise to the company,” said Markowitz. “Alan has an immense amount of knowledge in the residential and commercial real estate markets, as well as in broker education, and his addition is of great significance to Rutenberg.”
Pfeifer joins Rutenberg with almost two decades of real estate experience, specializing in sales and rentals of residential and commercial condos, co-ops, and town houses. Most recently, he was associated with Douglas Elliman and, prior to that, was with Halstead Property.
“As I enter another phase of my real estate career, I feel blessed to be associated with Charles Rutenberg, whose values and work ethics are exactly aligned with mine,” said Pfeifer. “I knew from the minute I entered their office and met the people who worked there, this is the company I want to be in as I expand my business to new heights!”
A native New Yorker who lives on the Upper West Side, Pfeifer is a member of the Institute for Global Ethics, where he actively participates in seminars.
Rutenberg has grown to more than 620 real estate agents who specialize in Manhattan and the surrounding metropolitan area.
