Adams & Company Completes Two Deals Totaling 10,372 Square Feet at 121 East 24th Street

The deals include:

·       A 5,186-square-foot lease with Collected Strategies, who will be occupying the Entire 10^th Floor.  CS is an independent advisory firm providing trusted advice to Boards of Directors, C-Suite executives and IR/PR leaders, who will be occupying the entire 10^th floor.
