Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Co. (Adams), has recently announced that it has signed two new tenants at 65 Bleecker Street. The leases total 27,930 square feet and range from eight to ten-year leases.

The recent leases include:
· Assembly Group, LLC, a state-of-the-art post-production house offering comprehensive services to the firm, television and advertising, has signed a 18,620-square-foot lease that will occupy the entire tenth and eleventh floors. The space will be used for offices and post-production.
· Khaite, a women’s apparel and accessories company founded in 2016, has signed at 9,310-square-foot lease that will occupy the entire ninth floor. The space will be used for offices and showrooms.
Alan Bonett and Brad Cohn represented the landlord, Kerway Realty LLC in both deals as well as Assembly Group, LLC in the transactions. Amy Zhen of Cushman & Wakefield represented Khaite in the transaction. Asking rent was approximately $78 per square-foot for both leases.
Located on Bleecker Street between Lafayette Street and Broadway, 65 Bleecker Street is a 13-story building built in 1897. It features new air conditioning, bathroom and wood floors. 65 Bleecker Street also offers tenants full floors with skyline views North, South, East and West. The building is conveniently placed near many subway lines including the 4, 6, B, D, F, M, N and R trains. 65 Bleecker Street is a distinctive building designed by Louis Sullivan that has been designated a National Historic Landmark.
