Adams & Co. Completes Four Deals Totaling 22,438 Square Feet at 23rd Street Complex

Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Co. (Adams), has announced that four new companies have signed a total of 22,438 square feet of space at the firm’s 23rd Street Complex which is comprised of three attached buildings including 30-2 West 24th Street, 49 West 23rd Street and 53 West 23rd Street.  

The deals include:

·       A five-year, 5,594-square-foot lease with Conviva, a census, continuous measurement and engagement platform for streaming media, will occupy the entire eighth floor of 49 West 23rd Street. Asking rent was $62 per square-foot.

·       A ten-year, 5,594-square-foot lease with Luvente, a modern brand that specializes in fine jewelry that ranges from innovative and trend-driven to timeless and traditional, will occupy the entire seventh floor of 49 West 23rd Street. Asking rent was approximately $62 per square-foot.

·       A three-year, 5,625-square-foot lease with Room 40 Capital, a cryptocurrency fund, will occupy the entire tenth floor of 30-2 West 24th Street. Asking rent was approximately $55 per square-foot.

·       A three-year, 5,625-square-foot lease with Kimball International Brands, a leading omnichannel commercial furnishing company with expertise in office, health and hospitality markets, will occupy the entire third floor of 30-2 West 24th Street. Asking rent was approximately $55 per square-foot.

James Buslik, Jeff Buslik, Alan Bonett and Brad Cohn represented the landlord, Twenty-Three R.P. Associates in the lease at both 49 West 23rd Street and 30 West 24th Street.

Jason Roberts of Jones Land Lasalle represented Conviva in the transaction. William Landsberg of Kaufman Leasing Company represented Luvente in the transaction. Jared Horowitz and Justin Pollner of Newmark represented Room 40 Capital in the transaction. Jeff Buslik of Adams & Co. represented Kimball International Brands in the transaction.
