Adams & Co. Completes Deal Totaling 3,826 Square Feet at 307 Fifth Avenue

Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Co. (Adams), has announced that EMBARK Beyond, a luxury travel advisory company dedicated to designing thoughtful experiences, has signed a 3,826-square-foot, long-term lease at 307 Fifth Avenue, also known as The Hiram Haddad Building. The travel agency is relocating from its previous location at 133 West 19th Street, taking the entire sixteenth floor of 307 Fifth Avenue.

“307 Fifth Avenue is an ideal building for tenants looking to be in heart of New York City, surrounded by many restaurants, retail and entertainment options,” said Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. “For a company like EMBARK Beyond, they were attracted to relocating here given the office’s modernization and exclusivity of the high tower floor.”

Bonett and Brad Cohn of Adams & Co. represented the tenant and David Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group represented the landlord, General Leasing and Management Corp. in the transaction.

Located on Fifth Avenue between 31st and 32nd Streets, 307 Fifth Avenue is a 17-story building built in 1928. It recently underwent a series of capital improvements including a completely renovated lobby, an elevator modernization and brand-new double-thermal pane windows on every floor. 307 Fifth Avenue is conveniently located near many subway lines including the 4, 6, B, D, F, M, N, Q and R trains as well as the PATH and Penn Station.,
