ABS signs two new tenants at Briq Building

ABS Partners Real Estate has arranged leases with tenants, Charter Technology Solutions and AG Hightech Trading Corp at The Briq Building located at 132 32nd Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

The building and tenants were represented by ABS Partners’ Ben Waller and Anthony D’Iorio.

“Unlike many parts of the market, this building has been able to attract tenants during the pandemic,” said Waller. “The spaces are move-in ready and the owners have been attentive in addressing each customer’s needs.”

Leasing 7,000 s/f on the third floor, Charter Technology Solutions (CTS) will be relocating from their offices on 20th Street. CTS provides technology solutions that benefit educators, students, and their families.

AG Hightech, a technology trading company, will be leasing 1,500 s/f on the fourth floor.

The two new tenants will join men’s fashion company Estuniga, which leased 28,000 s/f in the building this past summer.

Briq Building is a 120,000 s/f mixed use commercial complex situated few blocks from the 36th St. subway station on 4th Avenue.  The property has a furnished roof deck, on-site gym, tenant lounge and conference center.
