Triplemint announced the addition of 33 new team members this summer. Hires include established New York City brokers Konstantin Zaliznyak, Wendy Juan and Andrei Kunevsky.
Konstantin Zaliznyak has nearly 10 years of experience, most recently at Halstead Real Estate.
Born in Russia and raised in Israel, he utilizes his international background when working with buyers, sellers and renters in the luxury market.
He is a graduate of Walsh College in Troy, Michigan, with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He is a Core-certified staging expert.

Wendy Juan joined from Meier Real Estate following a 20-year career in the fashion industry, including the role of Vice President of Design at Nine West.
She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Fashion and Apparel Design and Parsons School of Design with a Continuing Education certificate in Fashion Design.
Born in Taiwan and raised in Texas, she is a Mandarin speaker.
Andrei Kunevsky was previously with Nooklyn, where he spearheaded the brokerage’s expansion into Manhattan as a Director with the firm.
Managing an immediate team of five agents, he closed more than 160 deals in two years.
Originally from Weston, Connecticut, Kunevsky also has previous experience in the automotive and hospitality industries.

Leslie J. Garfield & Co. announced that senior real estate advisor Thomas Wexler has been named a partner.
Wexler joins Jed Garfield, President of Leslie J. Garfield, and senior brokers Richard Pretsfelder and Matthew Lesser.
A 30-year veteran of New York’s real estate industry with more than 170 career transactions and over $1.2 billion in gross sales, Wexler is consistently recognized as one of New York’s leading brokers.
Since joining Leslie J. Garfield in 2016, he has contributed to many top deals, including the $18.5 million townhouse at 232 East 63rd Street. He previously led teams at Corcoran and Douglas Elliman.

Houlihan Lawrence announced that six new agents have joined the company’s Yonkers office.
Barbara O’Connell, who has 17 years of experience, joins from Better Homes & Gardens Rand where she worked as an agent for four years.
Prior to that, she was an agent at Margot Bennett Inc. in Yonkers. At Rand she was a silver award recipient for four years.
Aaron Liranzo is joining from Jane Mosello Real Estate. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
Andrea Casiano-Romain is joining from Ragette Real Estate. She has also worked for Lord & Taylor as a sales associate. She earned an Associate Degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Stephen Catalano previously worked for GJNY Commercial Construction and is employed by the City of Yonkers.
Robert Turkin, joins from Westchester Community College where he worked in WCC’s Film Department. Turkin and Catalano, who are life-long friends, work as a team.
Shirley Jacobs has more than 30 years of experience in the landscaping and construction industries.

BOND New York announced the hire of agent Bruno Reljic.
With nine years of real estate experience, Reljic spent four years working in Europe with the last five years specializing in New York City real estate.
Growing up in his family’s real estate firm in Croatia, he learned the business inside-out while still in high school. From there, he moved on to investments and developments, leading a variety of projects that included purchasing land, financing, building, marketing and sales.
Most recently he was an agent at Douglas Elliman and has also done stints at Town and Compass.
Reljic will concentrate on sales and rentals across Manhattan, with a specialty in the West and East Villages, Chelsea and the Flatiron District.
He holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Baruch College and speaks four languages: English, Croatian, Spanish and Italian.

NRT LLC announced that Tim Foley has been selected to serve as executive vice president of Operations in support of the company’s Coldwell Banker branded operations.
Foley will be responsible for driving essential business unit functions, and implementing practices to leverage the company’s scale and optimize processes to enable NRT’s field sales organization to drive organic growth,
Foley joins NRT from J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he most recently served as managing director of Global Client Services.
Earlier in his career, with both GE Capital and Chase Home Lending, Foley spent over a decade serving the real estate industry in various leadership roles spanning product development, marketing and operations.
Prior to his career with J.P. Morgan, he spent more than eight years with GE Capital where he focused on providing capital solutions to the top 100 real estate lenders in the United States.
While there, he was selected by the CEO to lead the global implementation of a primary GE business initiative: Six Sigma Customer Quality and was responsible for generating operating leverage through customer-focused, business-wide initiatives.

Compass announced the addition of Thomas DiDomenico from Corcoran where he was an award-winning top producer during his 23 years at the firm.
DiDomenico also plans to expand his team to include a digital media publicist as well as a videography specialist.
In addition to his network of celebrity clients, DiDomenico represents numerous local and international properties including a $65 million compound in Cannes, France, and a $32 million penthouse at 885 Park Avenue.
He is a celebrated real estate industry circuit speaker with appearances on panels hosted by Bank of America and Marc Jacobson & Associates.
While at Corcoran, DiDomenico was the recipient of coveted industry awards including Corcoran’s Platinum, Gold and Multi-Million-Dollar Club designations and was consistently recognized year-over-year as a top performer.
DiDomenico will work out of Compass’ 10 East 53rd Street office.
