Colliers announced the appointment of commercial real estate veteran Jimmy Board as managing director.
In the new role, Board will focus on debt & equity transactions nationwide and across asset classes.
Board brings more than 15 years of experience to Colliers, most recently serving as Managing Director at JLL, where he was instrumental in the successful, strategic global and national integration of the Real Estate Investment Banking group into the overall Capital Markets platform. Over the course of his career, Board has advised a wide range of commercial property owners and investors on capital needs and has been responsible for completing in excess of $25 billion worth of transactions.
Prior to his time with JLL, Board held the title of Vice President in CBRE’s Capital Markets group.

Colliers announced that James “Jim” Postell has joined its New Jersey practice.
Postell joins the firm as Executive Managing Director and brings to Colliers over 30 years of industry experience representing world-class organizations.
In the new role, Postell will focus mainly on agency leasing assignments across the office and industrial sectors.
Throughout his career, Postell has represented national and international organizations that hold more than 200 million square feet of real estate in their portfolios.
Some of his most notable work has included relocating 500,000 s/f of space for American Express after the September 11 attacks and personally representing Schering-Plough Corporation (which later merged with pharmaceutical company Merck) globally.
Prior to joining Colliers, Postell spent 10 years with Transwestern, most recently serving as partner, City Leader for the firm’s New Jersey office.
In addition to his emphasis on agency leasing across sectors, Postell will also focus on tenant representation. He will be based in Colliers’ Parsippany office.

RXR Realty has brought on Philip McAndrews as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Senior Executive Vice President.
Serving as the firm’s first CSO, McAndrews will lead strategic growth initiatives geographically and through diversification, as well as the expansion of international and domestic investor base.
McAndrews previously served as the Chief Investment Officer at TIAA’s Global Real Estate business and Aegon Asset Management. While at TIAA, now Nuveen, a TIAA Company, he grew the global real estate portfolio from $40 billion to $90 billion. At Aegon, McAndrews served as Head of Real Estate Equity at the nearly $400 billion life insurer and pension fund.

Slate Property Group announced today that Brian Kraut will become its new Chief Financial Officer.
Kraut will lead Slate’s corporate and affiliate entities, overseeing $4 billion in real estate assets spanning nearly 50 investments.
Kraut joins Slate with nearly 25 years of extensive experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President for Finance, and Global Head of Debt Capital Markets at Sentinel Real Estate Corporation.
Before that, Kraut was responsible for the underwriting, structuring and placement of commercial real estate debt and equity at Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group and held roles in accounting, finance and corporate strategy at Cendant Corporation and Arthur Andersen.
Kraut holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University with a concentration in Finance and Strategic Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in New York and New Jersey.

B6 Real Estate Advisors (B6) continues to grow its Capital Advisory Division with the appointment of Nat Buono as a Director and the promotions of Lynn Marcello and Nicole Schmidt.
Nat Buono specializes in debt and equity placement on behalf of commercial real estate owners with a focus on the middle-market.
Lynn Marcello has been promoted to Director, formerly an Associate Director. In this role, she structures and sources debt and equity on behalf of clients with a focus on the middle-market space in Northwest Queens, New York.
Nicole Schmidt has also been promoted to Director, formerly a Senior Associate. In this role, Schmidt specializes in debt and equity placement on behalf of commercial real estate owners with a focus on the middle-market space in Central Queens, New York.
Prior to joining B6, Nat Buono was the analytical and execution lead at Wells Fargo in the Commercial Mortgage Banking group (CMB), based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. As part of ongoing restructuring, the CMB group was sold to Bellwether Enterprise Capital (BWE) in October 2020. BWE is a mortgage banking and servicing group based out of Cleveland, OH.
Earlier in his career, Buono was a senior analyst at Kroll Bond Rating Agency.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Temple University and is a native of Philadelphia, PA.

Greystone has appointed Marc Fox as Chief Financial Officer.
Based in New York, Fox will replaced Bruce Bolick, who has served as CFO for over 12 years and will retire at the end of 2021.
Joining from Ladder Capital Finance, where he served as CFO for 12 years, Fox brings two decades of real estate finance experience to the position.
He has led multiple corporate transformations throughout his career, covering the entire ecosystem of financial structures and debt and equity offerings in commercial real estate.
Prior to Ladder Capital, he served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at GMAC Commercial Mortgage (Capmark Financial Group) and its $23 billion in global assets.
Fox holds both an MBA and Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Walker & Dunlop has hired Sean Reimer as a Managing Director and Michael Stepniewski as a Senior Director in its Capital Markets group.
Based out of the company’s New York City office, Reimer and Stepniewski will join the New York City Capital Markets Team.
Sean Reimer previously served as a Principal at Square Mile Capital Management, where he was responsible for the origination of more than $8 billion of transactions. In his previous roles, Reimer was a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald in the CMBS lending group, Partner of RL Realty Partners, and Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Michael Stepniewski served as a Director in the Debt Capital Markets group at Tishman Speyer. Before that, he worked on the Capital Markets desk at LoanCore Capital, where he originated, syndicated and securitized nearly $10 billion of commercial real estate debt. Stepniewski began his career in the new issue CMBS group at Kroll Bond Ratings in New York.

Rowan Giles is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives primarily in Brooklyn, with a focus on Bushwick.

He holds a BS in Physics from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and an AS in Specialized Technology from the Computer Technology Institute in Philadelphia.
Benjamin Vago executes listings and business development primarily in Brooklyn, with a focus on Greenpoint and Williamsburg.
He is a licensed attorney in the State of New York and previously practiced real estate at two Manhattan firms, where he was involved in closing more than $1 billion in real estate transactions.
He holds a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, an MA in Judaic Studies from Concordia University in Montreal and a BA in Political Science from Yeshiva University.

Prior to this promotion, Bozzomo served as Chief Underwriter Counsel for First Nationwide Title Agency, a subsidiary of AmTrust Financial in the state of New York.
Before joining AmTrust, Bozzomo was SVP, Managing Counsel at the Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. He also previously served as Counsel at Quick Title Agency and was an attorney at law at the firm, Proskauer Rose LLP. He also previously practiced law and served as Counsel at Quick Title Agency, LLC. Prior to that, Bozzomo was an attorney at law at the firm, Proskauer Rose LLP.

Greystone announced that Niraj Patel has been named Chief Information Officer and head of the firm’s technology organization.
Jonathan Russell, President and CEO of Greystone’s corporate operations IT group, will retire at the end of 2021 .
Patel brings more than two decades of IT leadership experience to Greystone and joins the firm from DMI, a digital services and consulting agency, where he served as Global Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and analytics.
Prior to DMI, he was the Chief Information Officer of Lending Platforms at IBM Global Business Services and worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at Selex ES in New York. He also served as a Group President & Co-Founder of ISGN and CIO of GMAC Commercial Holdings.
Patel holds degrees in Management Information Systems and Finance from Temple University, a Management Certificate from the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, and serves on the Board of Directors for Savana.

National Realty & Development Corp. announced that J.J. Oshins rejoined its NRDC Equity Partners, LLC division as Chief Investment Officer.
Oshins originally joined NRDC in 2005 after receiving a B.S. in Hotel Management from Cornell University. During his tenure as an analyst and Associate, NRDC acquired the Lord & Taylor department store chain, Hudson’s Bay Company, and began the acquisition process for Saks Fifth Avenue.
Prior to rejoining NRDC, Oshins founded and led two successful energy companies – UpCurve Energy, and Verdad Exploration – both focused on acquiring rights to and developing natural gas resources. He raised and deployed over $120 million in equity for these ventures, manage diverse teams of technical and financial professionals and executed an organic leasing and acquisition program
Oshins received an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010.
