
Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR) appointed sales associate Donielle Cardinale as an associate director of its Sotheby’s International Realty program.
She will continue to work out of the Mattituck office covering the North Fork of Long Island.
Cardinale is a familiar name among North Fork locals and summer residents. Her family began summering on the North Fork in the 1940s, and settled in Southold permanently in 1978.
The fourth generation of her family to work in the real estate business, Cardinale has inherited a store of knowledge as well as a love of the area.
She is a licensed appraiser and commercial services co-ordinator, and has expertise with horse properties, being an accomplished equestrian who has competed on the national level.

Better Homes and Gardens (BHG) Rand Realty announced that JP Endres-Fein will be taking over as the manager of the New City office.
For the past four years, Endres-Fein managed BHG Rand Realty’s White Plains office.
A career real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, before joining BHG Rand, she was the co-owner of Homes of Westchester. Before that, she was the broker-owner of David Endres Realty Group Ltd.
Endres-Fein served as Secretary Treasurer of New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) in 2012 and was the NYSAR 2010 Realtor of the Year and the 2004 Westchester County Board of Realtors’ (WCBR) Realtor of the Year.
She was also a WCBR president. Today, she is slated to be the 2014 President of NYSAR.

Michelle Coletti has been named the manager of Better Homes and Gardens (BHG) Rand Realty’s Rye office.
Coletti is the former Broker/Owner of Paddington Stone Realty in White Plains which merged BHG Rand Realty earlier this year. At that time, the merger lifted the number of agents working for the firm to over 850.
The BHG Rand Realty Rye office is located at 29 Locust Ave, Rye, NY.

Veteran broker Clifford E. Katz has joined Sotheby’s International Realty.

Katz brings over 20 years of experience representing clients in a broad range of sophisticated transactional and advisory assignments.
With an emphasis on single-family townhouses brokerage, assignments have varied from site assemblage to design-development and new construction.
Prior to joining Sotheby’s he was the founder and president of Mobius Realty Holdings LLC, a townhouse brokerage boutique.
With a career that began in 1987 as a practicing real estate attorney in Manhattan, Katz has experience in every aspect of the townhouse, condominium and co-op marketplace.
Prior to founding Mobius Realty, he established the rental division of luxury residential sales brokerage firm, where he was responsible for firm-wide recruiting, training and managing of staff.
Katz is a graduate of Bowdoin College and holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
