Syosset’s Homes By Mara Realty has welcomed Rosalinda Silver as its newest licensed salesperson.
As a Dix Hills resident who grew up in the Dominican Republic, part of Silver’s new role is to broaden the agency’s reach to the Dix Hills and greater Huntington Township while using her bilingualism in English and Spanish to further serve home buyers and sellers within Long Island’s Hispanic community.
Silver, who was a licensed salesperson with Escobar Realty in Brentwood, NY before joining Homes By Mara, worked in the home design industry while living in the Dominican Republic for the company Baccessory.
Upon moving to the United States seven years ago, she was a receptionist for Jimenez Family Dental in Manhattan, NY while studying English at New York Language Center.
She was also a receptionist with Belaray Dermatology in Plainview, NY.

TOWN Residential announced the addition of Mary Anne Fusco to its entourage of talent.
Fusco has been a top-ranked producer for over 16 years. As an associate broker, she will be working at the TOWN Fifth Avenue office at 730 Fifth Avenue.
With more than 1,000 transactions to her credit totaling over $400 million in sales, Fusco has successfully closed 98.4% of her business.
For the past eight of her sixteen years in real estate, Fusco has been a distinguished award winner with Douglas Elliman. In her first seven years she was one of Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy’s top-listed agents, earning this notable distinction within her first year of business.
She was previously an English instructor of high school and college students and owned an Atlanta-based construction company.

John Chubet joins TOWN Greenwich Village after most recently working as sales director at Imagine Living.

Dianne Sirni joins TOWN’s Upper East Side office having most recently worked as an SVP at Halstead, where her tenure spanned more than two decades.
She has expertise in the co-operative, condominium and townhouse markets and has sold numerous sponsor apartments at 1150 Fifth Avenue asthe on-site salesperson when the building converted from a rental to a co-op.
She was awarded status in the “Producers Council” and “Platinum Circle” at her previous firm.
Before her real estate brokerage work, she served as director of bond investments at Manhattan Life Insurance and as vice president at The Bank of New York.

Former New York Jet Bret Lockett has joined the Ariel Cohen Team of apartment brokers at Douglas Elliman.
Originally from California and a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), Lockett made his mark academically and on the football field for the Bruins before moving on to play professionally for both the New England Patriots and the New York Jets, for which he most recently completed the 2013 season.
Lockett is also an accomplished businessman and philanthropist – he founded the Looking Forward Foundation, which provides opportunities for youth to excel academically and eventually build successful careers.
He has also partnered with Mobli, a technology and social media company, and M2 Jets, a private aviation company who specializes in charters on a trip-by-trip basis.

A recognized Brooklyn industry expert, Poggi will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and further developing aptsandlofts.com’s presence in the neighborhood as well as the surrounding communities of Crown Heights, Clinton Hill and Bushwick.
Poggi has eight years of experience in the real estate industry, with focused expertise on the new development and resale condo markets.
Prior to joining aptsandlofts.com, she was vice president and associate broker at Douglas Elliman.
She also served as the director of sales at MNS for One Brooklyn Bridge Park, the largest residential conversion ever completed in Brooklyn. Poggi joined the real estate industry in 2005 after spending several years in corporate and hospitality sales.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate announced that Carolyn Sebba has joined Douglas Elliman Development Marketing as vice president of sales and marketing.
Sebba had previously been a director of sales at The Marketing Directors, where she led the on-site sales team specializing in luxury properties throughout New York City.
Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Sebba has been part of Manhattan’s real estate market since 1989. She has closed real estate transactions in excess of $1 billion, representing such developers as The Related Companies, RFR Realty, Rose Associates, SJP Properties and The Macklowe Organization.
Having made Manhattan her home in the early 1980s, Sebba initially worked with high-net worth individuals as a commodities trading advisor.
She holds a BA from the University of the Witwatersrand and attended New York University’s Real Estate Institute.
