The newest exclusive listing from T. Weiss Realty Corp. is for a suite at Melville Corporate Center II that contains more than 100 modular workstations, many of them never used.
They could belong to a new tenant as early as May.
T. Weiss Realty, owner of the 20,000 s/f Class-A office space at 330 S. Service Rd., Melville, purchased the Kimball workstations from the prior tenant, a Fortune 500 company, when the firm vacated the space earlier this year.
Also in the brightly sunlit corner space are filing cabinets, fully-furnished executive offices, a kitchen/break room with plumbing, telecommunications closets and a large training room.
The building, in the heart of Long Island’s Route 110 Corporate Corridor, was recently updated with new carpet, tile, wall covering and club chairs in the atrium. The southern entrance to the building was also renovated and sits immediately outside of the 20,000 s/f available suite. “This is a beautifully equipped space located in an amenity rich, modern building that’s ready for move in,” said Ted Weiss, T. Weiss Realty founder and chief executive.
The asking rent for the furnished space is negotiable. Asking rents for other space in the building start at $28 per square foot.
Current tenants in the 88,000 s/f building, which offers a café, health club and conference center access, along with a meditation garden, include Verint Systems Inc. and Sovereign Bank.
