Asset manager Varagon Capital takes full floor at 299 Park Avenue

Asset manager Varagon Capital Partners has taken a full floor at Fisher Brothers’  299 Park Avenue.

Varagon signed a 28,316 s/f lease. It will occupy the entire third floor of the at 42-story tower. The firm, which is moving from 488 Madison Avenue, will move into the tower by the end of the year.

“We are pleased to welcome Varagon to the growing roster of blue-chip tenants who view 299 Park Avenue as the ideal location to operate and grow,” said Fisher Brothers Partner Ken Fisher.

Varagon was represented by Leo Paytas and Conor Denihan of CBRE.  Fisher Brothers was represented in-house by Marc Packman and Clark Briffel and Newmark Knight Frank’s David Falk, Peter Shimkin, Andrew Sachs, Eric Cagner, and Andrew Peretz.
