Doylers Irish-American pub lands space in Midtown Hilton Garden Inn

Hospitality House announced it has sourced a new tenant, Doylers, for the Hilton Garden Inn at 326 West 37th Street.

The transaction and Hospitality House’s contract advisory services were provided to Hilton parent company M&R Hotel Group.

Hospitality House associate Samuel Martorella represented the tenant while founding partner Karma McDermott represented the landlord.

Doylers, an American-style Irish pub, is eponymously named for owner Mike Doyle. The 4,173 s/f venue will open this month, and will look to provide value as a new amenity for the hotel. Located in the heart of Midtown, the Hilton is around the corner from Times Square, Penn Station, the Javits Center and abundant public transportation.

“It is incredibly rewarding to facilitate the symbiotic relationships between our clients,” Martorella commented.

“Doylers is an excellent and valuable amenity for the Hilton Garden Inn’s guests, and the Hilton Garden Inn’s prime location will drive foot traffic for the location as it benefits from major nearby tourist destinations.”
