Pret A Manger lands corner spot on Fifth Avenue

Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation announced the lease signing of its newest tenant, sandwich chain Pret A Manger, within 437 Fifth Avenue.

“437 Fifth Avenue consistently attracts established brands looking to expand in bustling, easily accessible areas where business is sure to thrive,” said Joseph P. Day Realty Corporation Senior Vice President Richard Brickell. “Successful chains like Pret A Manger certainly understand that a corner location in the heart of Midtown will undoubtedly yield high returns.”

Pret A Manger signed a lease to occupy the 2,300 s/f corner space for 12 years. Amira Yunis and Anthony Stanford of CBRE represented building owner. Michael Paster, Ariel Schuster and Jaclyn Totolo of RKF represented Pret A Manger.

“Pret A Manger is a perfect fit for this fantastic Midtown location,” said Totolo. “It’s an ideal addition to an area that will cater to nearby office tenants, as well as the thousands of tourists passing through the corridor every day.”

With over 350 locations worldwide, Pret A Manger offers healthy, on-the-go food and drink options. Originally built in 1906, 437 Fifth Avenue is home to office and retail tenants that include TLC New York City LASIK, Renegade, LLC and Onward Search.
