TOWN Residential announced the expansion of its Fifth Avenue officein the historic Crown Building at 730 Fifth Avenue.
The office, at the crossroads of 57th Street, will now total close to 10,000 s/f.
“We are thrilled to be in the position to expand our Eastside footprint by over 35 desks and six new private offices for our best-in-class producers,” said Andrew Heiberger, founder and CEO of TOWN. “Our presence on the Eastside will grow by over 25 percent.”
TOWN has operated an office on the eighth floor of the Crown Building since May of 2011. This new expansion was necessitated by the growth of the firm.
“The decision was simple; we were out of space and all our desks were full with seated Representatives,” said Heiberger.
“Dennis Cusack and Dan Marrello are doing a fine job building a first class team that will only get stronger.”
“We have had many top brokers say they want to work here but needed private offices – well, now we have them,” said TOWN sales director Dennis Cusack.

Marrello said the firm has has “tremendous successˮ attracting some of the city’s most accomplished brokers.
The company now has more than 500 licensed representatives and staff, most recently hiring four luxury specialists.
Beverly Cole joined the 730 Fifth Avenue office having most recently been with Key Ventures. She brings with her the exclusive on the $48 million mansion at 57 East 64th Street.
Also new to the firm are Greg Garwood from Corcoran, Joseph Druckman from Nest Seekers International , and Steven Gold from Douglas Elliman.
