Fogarty Finger Architects drew a real estate and media power crowd to their 10th anniversary/office warming party at 69 Walker Street in Tribeca last week. With a slew of high profile projects on their drawing boards right now – from the gut renovation of the mid-century office building at 437 Madison Avenue to two new 300-unit apartment buildings in Jersey City – the prolific company founded by Skidmore Owings and Merrill alumni, Chris Fogarty and Robert Finger, has expanded into the new space to accommodate demand for their architecture and interior design packages for residential and commercial projects.
