Top Amazon seller Good Brands moves to Jersey City

NAI James E. Hanson brokered a 16,000 s/f lease to bring Good Brands, one of Amazon’s top sellers, to Jersey City.

Russell Verducci, Steve Pastor and Eric Demmers are the exclusive brokers for Lackawanna Warehouse Corp.

Good Brands will occupy the second floor at the industrial building at 629 Grove Street.  “The trend in e-commerce will continue to be fulfilling orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This creates a sustained drive for e-commerce companies to move closer to New York City. Jersey City fits the bill on all fronts. This is an excellent deal both for Lackawanna, who gets a recognized e-commerce tenant, and for Good Brands which is moving into a building space available to accommodate the company’s growth,” said Verducci.
