NAI James E. Hanson brokered a 16,000 s/f lease to bring Good Brands, one of Amazon’s top sellers, to Jersey City.

Good Brands will occupy the second floor at the industrial building at 629 Grove Street. “The trend in e-commerce will continue to be fulfilling orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is an excellent deal both for Lackawanna, who gets a recognized e-commerce tenant, and for Good Brands which is moving into a building space available to accommodate the company’s growth,” said Verducci.
