New York City retail gift store ‘I Love NY Gifts by Phantom of Broadway’ is coming to a brand new location at 700 8th Avenue, at the crossroads of Times Square and the Theater District, Thor Equities announced today (Tuesday).
Located on the ground level of the contemporary Row NYC Hotel, the property includes 40 feet of direct frontage and nearly 6,000 s/f of retail space.
The store will open at 700 7th Ave.
The property is situated among the most popular theaters, retailers, and restaurants, exposing the location to millions of theatergoers, tourists, visitors and locals.
