Silverstein Properties announced that technology solutions provider Eze Castle Integration, Inc. has signed a lease renewal at 529 Fifth Avenue.

Eze Castle Integration services the investment management industry, including hedge funds, private equity firms and other financial services organizations.
Under the seven-year lease, the company will remain in 17,925 s/f across the entire seventh floor of the building.
“Our recently completed lobby renovation at 529 Fifth Avenue has created a fully modernized environment for our tenants in a central location near all that Midtown has to offer,” said Roger A. Silverstein, Executive Vice President of Silverstein Properties.
“We are pleased to continue our relationship with Eze Castle Integration, our valued tenant since 2005.”
Silverstein Properties recently completed a transformation of 529 Fifth Avenue that included new storefront entrances, elevator cabs, turnstiles, security desk, and marble walls and floors accented with stainless steel and ebony wood.
The 20-story, 282,278 s/f tower is two blocks from Grand Central Terminal and tenants include Citrin Cooperman and Moffatt & Nichol.
Eze Castle Integration was represented by Ben Friedland, Michael Movshovich, and Taylor Scheinman of CBRE. Silverstein Properties was represented in-house by Roger Silverstein, Joseph Artusa and Camille McGratty.
The tenant was represented by Robert M. Schlein of Prince Lobel Tye LLP and the landlord was represented by Jeffrey A. Samuels of Wilk Auslander LLP.
