With three offices in Manhattan and a recent rebranding, Stribling & Associates, a residential brokerage firm, is expanding its portfolio to Brooklyn.
The new office, opening in early 2013, will be at 384 Atlantic Avenue. “Over the last few years, Stribling has developed an impressive client roster in Brooklyn,” said Elizabeth Ann Kivlan, executive vice president, at Stribling & Associates, “and we look forward to bringing our known luxury brand and high-caliber service to this thriving market.”
Located at Atlantic Avenue and Hoyt Street near the Barclays Center, the new office is being designed by Brockschmidt & Coleman, LLC, in conjunction with MGA Architecture. The multi-level space covers 3,500 s/f and will house as many as 50 additional brokers.
With the opening of its Brooklyn location, Stribling has more than 250 agents representing over $500,000,000 in exclusive listings.
