Insurent Lease Guaranty Program had added three new luxury Queens developments to its client list.
The Contour in Rego Park, The Classic in Kew Gardens, and 11-15 Broadway in Astoria join 150,000 apartments using the program that gives renters the opportunity to quickly qualify for an apartment.
Charles Schoenau, managing director of Insurent, said, “Large numbers of US and foreign young professionals, students, wealthy foreigners, self-employed, retirees, and well-off individuals with good credit are unable to qualify without Insurent, but Insurent helps the owner and renters to quickly solve the problem and close the lease.”
