Ofer Yardeni, co-chairman and CEO of Stonehenge Partners, said, “By actively re-creating this property with brand new retail spaces, we are able to attract flagship-quality businesses like Wells Fargo that not only anchor the neighborhood, but also service the daily needs of the local community.”
