The Manhattes Group has secured a retail lease for Boom Sushi, a new quick-service made-to-order sushi concept at 141 8th Avenue in Chelsea.
The landlord was represented by Ben Birnbaum and Mark Utreras of NGKF Retail, while Alan Shmaruk and Michael Sherman of The Manhattes Group represented Boom Sushi.
The asking rent on the 826 s/f space was $250 psf.
