Fall semester registration has opened for the Schack Institute of Real Estate’s more than 500 non-credit courses, certificates, and programs in real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction.
The courses deliver concentrated learning experiences for professionals looking to sharpen their expertise in a particular aspect of the real estate and construction industries.
Class enrollment is limited to ensure that students receive personalized attention. The Schack Institute of Real Estate offers day, evening, and weekend schedules to accommodate the needs of working students.
New fall non-credit courses include Analyzing Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) (online course); Construction Project ManagementLeadership and Communication (on-site course); Hotel Investment Analysis and Valuation (online course); Real Estate Investment Syndication (online course); Real Estate Portfolio Management (online course); Real Estate Taxation (online course); Tri-State Real Estate Market Trends (on-site course).

“We are looking forward to a great fall semester with a packed roster of comprehensive courses taught by our prestigious faculty of top industry leaders,” said Rosemary Scanlon, divisional dean and clinical associate professor for the NYU School of Professional Studies Schack Institute of Real Estate.
“We look forward to working with our fall class as they advance their real estate education, their professional edification, and their careers.”
