Susan Penzner Real Estate announced that Margaret O’Leary has signed a five-year lease with an option at 279 Mott Street, between Prince and East Houston.

The 800 s/f store has a full basement and was designed by Cass Calder to showcase the Irish designer’s collection at what will be her 11th US store.
The tenant was represented by Susan Penzner and Ryan Milliken, and the landlord was represented by Drunell Levinson and Sebastien Lindenmayer of Halstead Commercial.
“Our expansion to the East Coast is a natural and timely progression for us after years of success on the West Coast”, said O’Leary. “The Nolita neighborhood and our new store perfectly translate our brand for New York.”
