Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty is expanding it popular traffic and GPS navigation app, Waze, to capture a broader audience for its listings and Open Houses on Long Island and in Queens.
This month, the firm used Waze to notify users of nearby DGSIR Open Houses with a branded pin on the Waze map and directions to the Open Houses. A takeover ad with detailed information about the property automatically opens when the vehicle is at a complete stop.
Waze was the first of several tech rollouts this fall DGSIR has planned.
