Something Peculier on Bleeker Street

Property owner David Rabizadeh has just listed a 1,300 s/f retail space at 145 Bleecker Street.

Formerly a restaurant that closed its doors, the space is located just next door to the Bitter End, and directly above the Peculier Pub, which is in the lower level of the building.

Rabizadeh said asking rent for the 1,300 s/f commercial space above the bar is $14,000 a month, but he will negotiate with the right tenant.

“Right now, with all of the vacancies, it might be time for brainstorming with new ideas,” he recently old amNewYork. “There has to be that sense of getting back to the artists or the music.”
