CPEX Real Estate has been hired exclusively by Slate Property Group and Adam America to market three properties for lease along 4th Avenue in Brooklyn.
The properties are located at 275 4th Avenue, 470 4th Avenue, and 535 4th Avenue, and total approximately 5,800, 6,200, and 8,575 square feet of ground floor commercial space, respectively.
The CPEX Retail Leasing Team, featuring Managing Director Ryan Condren and Associate Directors Kristina Triglia and George Danut, is representing the landlord in marketing each of the three properties.

CPEX was hired on each of the three properties having successfully completed 12 leases along 4th Avenue.
Some notable transactions completed by the CPEX Retail Leasing Team include leasing several spaces at the Arias at 150 4th Avenue to FasTracKids, Body Unique, and All-State, among others; space at the Landmark at 365 4th Avenue to Gymboree Play & Music; 6,000 square feet at 340 4th Avenue to L.A. Boxing; and 1,642 square feet at 385 4th Avenue to Fresh Orthodontics.
CPEX’s Development & Conversion Investment Sales Team also completed a ground lease at 535 4th Avenue, after which the lease holder hired the CPEX Retail Leasing Team.
