Retail leasing specialists R.J. Brunelli & Co., announced several new national tenant representation assignments.
The brokerage will represent Speedpro Imaging, The Joint, The chiropractic place, and Amazing Lash Studio.
The Old Bridge-based firm was appointed national master broker for Speedpro, the nation’s leader in high-quality, large-format imagery for businesses. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., the company currently has 200 locations in 32 states, including seven in New Jersey.
Speedpro is seeking 2,500- to 3,500 s/f flex-space locations situated in high-density business areas throughout all 48 states in the continental U.S. Locations should include a showroom, warehouse/manufacturing space, up to two offices, and one or two 12-foot, roll-up doors.
R.J. Brunelli was also appointed preferred broker for The Joint, a national healthcare franchisor of chiropractic clinics, for New Jersey’s Essex, Passaic, and Morris counties.
The company is seeking 1,000- to 1,500 s/f locations, preferably in anchored shopping centers offering strong exposure and foot traffic in middle- to upper-income areas. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., The Joint currently has more than 240 locations nationwide, including two in central and northern New Jersey.
R.J. Brunelli was also appointed exclusive leasing representative for Amazing Lash Studio, a national franchisor of eyelash extension salons, for New Jersey’s Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, Union, Morris, Hudson, Essex, Passaic, and Bergen counties, and for Staten Island, Long Island and Westchester County in New York State.
The company is seeking 1,600- to 2,500 s/f storefront locations in affluent downtown areas with high foot traffic, as well as in multi-tenant, anchored shopping centers and power centers.
Headquartered in Houston, Tex., Amazing Lash Studio currently has 19 locations in Texas, California and Florida, with another five scheduled to open in those states.
