Skyline adds some sparkle

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp announced that Eva Shaw Designs has opened up a new store at 107 Sullivan Street.

Eva Shaw Designs is a mother-daughter jewelry design team who decided to open a boutique in one of Manhattan Skyline’s most trendy SoHo locations based on successful pop-up stores across Manhattan.

The five-year lease is for a 425 s/f retail space with 10-foot ceilings and 10 feet of frontage on Sullivan Street.

“Eva Shaw Designs is a great addition to this already vibrant neighborhood,” said Joshua Roth, vice president of retail leasing at Manhattan Skyline. “We are sure that they will thrive in this extremely popular shopping destination.”
