RFR Realty announced that Café oo la la has opened at One Stamford Plaza in downtown Stamford. The fashionable dining establishment leased approximately 2,000 s/f of retail space.
RFR worked with the tenant in constructing completely brand new space for the restaurant on the first floor of the One Stamford Plaza Atrium.
Margaret Carlson and Steve Lash represented RFR in the transaction negotiations.
“The addition of Café oo la la brings another great benefit to our tenants at Stamford Plaza,” said Carlson, director of RFR’s Stamford building portfolio. “While the public will be able to access the restaurant and use the outdoor seating, it’s quite an amenity to the complex and the employees.”
This marks the second location for Café oo la la, which also operates an establishment In the Ridgeway Center Mall in Stamford. The restaurant is owned and operated locally by Faina Yelensky.
Stamford Plaza is a four building complex offering approximately one million square feet of Class- A office space. The property offers an array of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, full-service cafeteria, conference and board rooms, and private dining. The property features a 2.5 acre landscaped plaza, 24-7 security, private shuttles and car services to the train station, as well as an ATM, sundry shop, car wash and detailing center.
