SIOR creates crowd-sourced review site for PropTech

The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has launched the SIOR CRE Resource Center, a first of its kind platform for researching and reviewing commercial real estate products and services.

The resource is not limited to members and will be open to the public.

With the goal of providing industry members with the knowledge and resources they need to improve their businesses, the SIOR CRE Resource Center serves as a crowd-sourced review site. Through the service individuals have the ability to read and write reviews on products and services.

“We are thrilled to provide this groundbreaking service to members of the commercial real estate industry. This resource offers first-hand knowledge and insight into some of the most important commercial real estate products and services,” said Del Markward, SIOR’s Global President.

“Offering this comprehensive resource center to the public showcases this organization’s role as an industry expert and thought leader. Serving as a guide to the latest and greatest commercial real estate apps, tools and services, the SIOR CRE Resource Center provides resources in CRM; Lease Management; Listings, tools and services; Marketing; Property Management; Research and Analysis.
