He has approximately 20 years of experience in the New York City commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining The Winter Organization in 2008, Mr. Fink served as Executive Vice President for Capital Properties, a privately owned real estate investment, development and management firm, where he was responsible for the leasing of its three million square feet commercial office and retail portfolio primarily concentrated in Manhattan, Boston and Hartford.

Mr. Fink joined Capital Properties after eight years of public REIT experience with the New York City offices of Equity Office Properties and Reckson Associates Realty Corp. and three years of commercial brokerage experience as a midtown Manhattan tenant representative for Insignia/ESG (now CBRE).

Prior to real estate, Mr Fink had a marketing and sales career in the computer software industry.

In addition to his Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) membership, Mr Fink is a very active member of the Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association (YMWREA), having served as its 2009 Chairman of the Board of Governors, 2008 Vice Chairman and 2007 Membership Chairman.
