RKF is marketing two retail spaces totaling 15,600 s/f at the Hotel Belleclaire, a historic 260-room hotel at 2175 Broadway on the Upper West Side.
David Abrams, Gary Alterman and Michael Paster are exclusively marketing the spaces on behalf of the owner, Belleclaire Hotel LLC.
The spaces, located at the base of the 10-story building, front the west block of Broadway between West 76th and 77th Streets and also feature 80 feet of frontage on 77th Street.
According to Abrams, the property’s retail space offers an opportunity for an apparel brand, a beauty retailer or a restaurant/bar.
“This is a significant opportunity for retailers to establish highly-visible flagships on 77th Street, amidst a lively residential neighborhood that bustles with life and shoppers both day and night,” Abrams said.
Built in 1903, the Hotel Belleclaire was the first building designed by famed architect Emery Roth. Currently, the building’s ownership has commissioned a major renovation to restore the hotel’s existing Beaux-arts storefronts to their original grandeur.
